Day 1: Lunchtime

Hallelujah its the middle of the day. It's going great! I feel like I could really do this! We even had a little action this morning. My husbands car broke down and I had to grab a strawberry crunch bar on-the-go before I picked him up.

 I did pop a gusher in my mouth while opening it for my kids, but then immediately spit it out. Its weird how much bad habits you pick up. I wasn't even hungry, yet felt the need to eat one of their treats cause it was in my face. Hmmm....I'm going all Freud on you by  psycho-analyzing my food craving, addictions, habits from childhood!

Anyways, I'm not being tempted as much as I thought. I also feel like the time that I eat most is after 12 pm, so it will be interesting to see how I do the rest of the day. I think will be making chicken breast tonight. Its either that or Salmon. My mom came over today and took my measurements. She was being extra thorough. She said I'm pretty proportioned. I always felt that about myself because other ladies that weigh the same as me on biggest loser look a little bigger. Either that or I needed glasses. Ok just updating that everything is on track and no problems yet. We shall see...sea...seafood..hmmmm...lol lates. Yuck...didnt like that one!
